CORPORATE/FUNDS LAWYER - 3-5 PQE - Cayman Islands
This exciting role in the Caribbean is with a well-known firm which is going from strength to strength. There is a real opportunity for 1 or 2 capable corporate lawyers to join their market-leading team. It is envisaged that the work will include some funds work going forward so applicants should have good experience in this areas, or if not, have solid general corporate experience with the willingness to develop their funds knowledge. The ideal candidates will have solid corporate and/or funds experience over approximately 3 to 5 years’ PQE, be qualified in the UK or elsewhere in the Commonwealth, and be working with a Top 20 City firm. Salary will be very competitive and more than comparable with most City firms given the low tax rate.
