Superb corporate role with a leading global firm. This practice has a reputation for stellar corporate work and for acting on some of the largest and most exciting deals. They have continued to thrive throughout the downturn and are looking for an additional junior lawyer for their highly-rated team. The role will be a broad range of top-level corporate transactional work, including high-value M&As, acting on deals for global brand names and international public and private companies. The candidate sought for this exciting position must have approximately 2 to 4 years’ relevant PQE in top-level corporate matters, and currently be working for a Top 20 London or global firm. Excellent academics are also a must, with a minimum of a 2:1 from a Top 10 University and high A-Level grades. Communication skills of course should also be excellent.
