Corporate/Finance Lawyer (2-4 pqe) - England - London
Our client is a leading international offshore law firm with offices in the Caribbean, the Channel Islands and London. Due to expansion they are seeking to add to their London team.
The successful applicant will be a 2-4 year pqe generalist Finance/Corporate lawyer with a leaning towards Capital Markets, Banking and M&A transactions.
This broad and varied role will involve advising leading financial institutions, corporates, intermediaries and high net worth individuals on a wide range of capital markets, structured finance and other banking transactions with a focus on offshore legal advice, specifically relating to Cayman and Channel Islands law.
